BMA Trainer Spotlight: Spase

Spase Trajkovski is a Personal Trainer and co-founder of BMA. Spase draws heavily from his training and experience as a competitive cyclist, as he rode for the Macedonian national team and achieved national classification in 1995. In 2004, he also placed in the top 15 in the Mr. Macedonia fitness competition. After more than a decade long hiatus, Spase returned to competitive cycling, placing third in the Devil’s Punchbowl road race and the Dana Point Criterion Race. He also placed second overall in the Ventura Stage race, where he won the “King of the Mountain” jersey.

Spase has designed a special program to train pro level cyclists and is currently running a beta session of the program with his cycling coach, Haldane Morris, a US Olympic Trials silver medalist, member of the US National Team, and winner of more than 30 state championships.
My belief is that you can only go as far as YOU allow
yourself. Dream big, and reach high. Don't impose limits because YOU CAN ALWAYS DO BETTER, only if you believe in yourself. Fitness and health is not about the looks (big misconception!), it goes way deeper than that. It's about how it makes you feel, while everything else is a projection or a result of that feeling. I strive to be better, and BMA is the perfect outlet for that. It's my charging socket, my library, my playground." - Spase
