Join BMA's Group Workouts!


Studies show that people who work out in groups are more successful in sticking to their workout program. It enhances accountability, structure, team building and bonding. The greatest motivator is the support of the group. BMA group workouts generally include rigorous fat burning exercises, toning, body conditioning, stretching and cardio. Great workouts, great fun! Group classes meet 1x per week, for 12-weeks and are 60 minutes long. $15 per person.

Group Options:

Saturday Morning Beach Workout: Our most popular group workout! This is not group-specific. Everyone is welcome. This workout is challenging yet appropriate for all fitness levels.

Playing Hooky: Play hooky from the office, but with the whole office in this intense yet fun group workout on the beach in Venice. This workout is packed with FUN-damental group exercises that will build trust, teamwork and company spirit—great for building company muscle as well as your own.

Mommy and Me: Come to Palisades Park in Santa Monica with baby stroller in tow to tone postpartum muscles, bond with baby and meet new friends in this powerfully motivating total body workout.
