What is BMA?
BMA is a full-service fitness organization that offers the highest quality health and fitness services available in Los Angeles. What does the name BMA mean?
BMA stands for Body Mind Architects—we believe that every individual is the architect of his/her own body/mind construction. On a basic level, when the two are working in unison, great results can be obtained. Yet on the BMA level (the deeper level), we know that there is something much greater, more powerful, more expansive to be discovered... it is one's purpose and will. In this space, there are no limitations... the wisdom to make good decisions about your health comes from connecting body and mind as well as practicing self-reliance, which is what BMA philosophies are embedded in. When you can get to this level, you no longer need us—you have learned to be the architect of a healthy life.

How is BMA different from other workouts?
What makes BMA different is the workout we offer and the long lasting results it produces. We are with you every moment—from the time you walk in the door to the time you leave and beyond. We guide and challenge you, but best of all, we practice non-dependency. When you discover your own truth of what does and doesn't work for you, then you have learned to be the architect of a healthy life. Your results will be long-lasting because you know how to use your tools effectively to their highest potential. We don’t believe in making our clients “lifers.” We strive to get you to a place where you no longer need us.

How quickly can one get in shape? 

It depends on your level of commitment. We will help you with every component of what you need to get in shape and live a healthy lifestyle. If you show up and participate with your best effort, you will see amazing results and will feel stronger and healthier. 
What are some of the more specific changes your body will have? 
Everyone’s goals are different—we design your workouts specifically to achieve the results you want. We are experts in areas such as gaining lean muscle mass, body fat reduction, increasing cardiovascular health, power, muscular and cardio endurance, as well as sport specific training.


Do participants have to be in good shape to attend? 
Absolutely not. We tailor the BMA workout to people of all fitness levels, age, and specific goals. Even our beach fitness group workouts include participants from every level and offer exercise conditioning techniques that anyone can do.


What does a session with BMA consist of?
A session with BMA is generally 60 minutes long, which includes a dynamic warm-up, specific training and a cool-down.


Where is BMA located?
BMA Headquarters are located in Venice Beach, California, but we also train with individuals and groups in Santa Monica, the South Bay, and all throughout Los Angeles.
